2. The learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, has sent a letter in D.No.1351 of 2025 dated 14.11.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of S.C.No.29 of 2013 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 07.07.2023.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case.
