ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner by this Court in CrlMP(MD)No.7399 of 2025 in CrlA(MD)No.340 of 2025 vide order dated 11.03.2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this court vide order dated 11.03.2026 directed the petitioner to stay at Kanyakumari and to report before the Inspector of Police, Colachel Police Station daily, until further orders. Accordingly he has been complying with the above condition from 03.04.2026. He further submits that the petitioner is facing financial difficulties in staying at Kanyakumari without any employment. Therefore, he requests to modify the condition to stay at Chennai, as their family members are residing there. 3.The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 03.04.2026. 2/5

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5.This court while suspending the sentence, vide order dated 11.03.2026 had imposed certain conditions with a direction to the petitioner to stay at Kanyakumari and to report before the Inspector of Police, Colachel Police Station daily. Considering the plea raised by this petitioner, this petition is allowed. The petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, J2-Adayar Police Station daily at 10.30 am. The rest of the conditions imposed in the order dated 11.03.2026 remains unaltered.
