ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur made in C.M.P.No.119 of 2022, dated 04.03.2022 and directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police weekly once ie., on every Wednesday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and prayed the condition to be modified.

3.On the side of the prosecution, it is fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition as above stated. 4.In view of the above submissions, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur made in C.M.P.No.119 of 2022, dated 04.03.2022. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the 2 / 4

respondent police as and when required and before the concerned Court on hearing dates.
