RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed by this court on the petitioners in Crl O.P (MD) No. 11888 of 2021 dt. 19.08.2021 and pass orders Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.HAROON RASHEED D.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHILKUMAR, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11888 of 2021, dated 19.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 06.09.2021, without fail.

3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioners 2 and 3 are complying with the condition regularly, but, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7384 of 2021 the other petitioners did not comply with the conditions regularly. 4.In view of the attitude of the petitioners 1, 4 and 5, this Court is modified the condition imposed against the petitioners 1, 4 and 5. Accordingly, the petitioners 1, 4 and 5 are appeared before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5.Insofar as the petitioners 2 and 3 are concerned, since the petitioners 2 and 3 are complying with the conditions regularly without fail, the condition imposed against the petitioners 2 and 3 is fully relaxed. Accordingly, this petition is ordered insofar as the petitioners 2 and 3 are concerned.

6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is partly allowed .
