ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in Na.KaA3/1184/2014 within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.According to the petitioner, as against the order passed by the Tahsildar, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, the second herein, the petitioner filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Illuppur, Pudukottai District which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the facts and circumstances and without

going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the appeal dated 17.03.2016 filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner and the rival claimants, within a period of of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
