This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 and more particularly, the first respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4
W.P.(MD)No.17208 of 2019 consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2019 on merits and grant permission for conduct of Vinayaga Chaturthi Vizha (Visargana VIzha and Procession) on 04.09.2019 from 4.00pm to 7.00pm.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that already the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Theni District has passed an order granting permission to the petitioner to conduct a procession on 03.09.2019.
4. Since already permission has been granted to the petitioner to conduct a procession on 03.09.2019, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, it is always open to him to take appropriate remedy, in the manner known to law. No costs.
