ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in Na.KaA3/1184/2014 within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.S.Gopalamanikandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since this Court is not going to pass any adverse order against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

cancel the patta granted in favour of the third respondent which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the parties, within a period of of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
