ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering his representation, dated 11.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there was a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 with regard to property. The petitioner gave a representation before the second respondent on 11.06.2022. But the respondent police did not take any action. Hence, he filed this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.06.2022. 4.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2022 and to take suitable action on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
