ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to measure the property in S.No.1335/1 Settikulam Melur Village Alwarkurichi Tirunelveli by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2015. 2.Heard Mr.K.R.Laxman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed

an application before the respondents on 02.03.2015 to survey his land and demarcate the boundaries and he has also paid necessary fees for the same. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the application filed by the petitioner on 02.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as to the rival claimants if any, with reference to the revenue records and the petitioner's title deeds. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
