ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to issue joint patta for the land in Survey No. 453/8 at Pacode Village, Naduthalaveetuvilai, Kanyakumari District to an extent of 10.750 cents by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 03.02.2015 and 20.10.2016. 2.Heard Mr.S.Muthukumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner said to have submitted a representation before the second respondent on 20.10.2016 to issue joint patta in favour of the petitioner for the above said lands. Since no order has been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as to the rival claimants if any, with reference to the revenue records and the petitioner's title deeds.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
