ORDER

The petitioner seeks police protection to him and his family members.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is being prevented from entering the temple and continuously being attacked. Already a case in Crime No.53 of 2023 has been registered. On investigation, if it is found that the petitioner has been prevented from entering the temple, then the protection can be granted to the petitioner for entering the temple.
