Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the enquiry, that was conducted on 07.12.2023 by the second respondent, will be completed within a period of four weeks from today.
3. Recording the above submissions, the Court is inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition by directing the second respondent to pass suitable orders within a period of four weeks from today.
4. Needless to state, all the parties concerned shall be heard before the final orders are passed.
