This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein not to cause illegal harassment against the petitioner.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that the complaint given by the fifth respondent, enquiry has been conducted and FIR has also been registered in Crime No.1191 of 2020, for the offence under Section 294(b), 506(ii) and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act.
