ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent/Bank to sanction educational loan to her son.

2. According to the petitioner, her son by name M.Raj Kumar is undergoing B.Tech., Course in HIMT College, Kalpakkam. Since the petitioner and her husband are agricultural coolies, they are in a position to pay the fees. Hence, she approached respondent for getting educational loan to her son. But, the respondent refused even to receive the loan application. Hence, she has filed this Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent/bank submitted that the loan application will be accepted by the Bank and they will consider the same and pass suitable orders.

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit the loan application within a period of one week from today.
