ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to cancel the bogus lease deed registered as document No.2344/2015 on the file of the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard Mr.G.Pandiarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent 1 to 4. Since this Court is not going to pass any adverse order against the respondents 5 and 6, notice to the respondents 5 and 5 is dispensed with. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3.It is represented that the third respondent has already passed an order dated 10.06.2016 in Na.Ka.No.1093/A1/2016, rejecting the request of the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner has to challenge the said order before the appellate authority.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner cannot maintain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the above said order passed by the third respondent, in the manner known to law, if he is so advised. No costs.
