O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to give permission and protection to conduct the cultural function Aadal-Paadal at Kalayarkovil Sannathi Street Public Stage in connection with the Aadiperuvizha of Sri Muthumaraiyamman Temple at Somanathamangalam, Kalayarkovil, Sivagangai District, on 10.08.2019 at about 7.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m. based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2019.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct the cultural function Aadal-Paadal at Kalayarkovil Sannathi Street Public Stage in connection with the Aadiperuvizha of Sri Muthumaraiyamman Temple at Somanathamangalam, Kalayarkovil, Sivagangai District, on 10.08.2019 at about 7.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m., the petitioner made a representation on 20.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
