ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to issue patta to the petitioner for his land in old survey number 247/1c, new survey number 247/1c3 situated at North Village, Kallikudi, Srirangam Taluk, Thirichurapalli District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2016.
2.Heard Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner said to have submitted a representation before the first respondent on 06.01.2016 to carry out the mistake crept in while issuing patta under UDR scheme. Since no order has been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as to the rival claimants if any, with reference to the revenue records and the petitioner's title deeds. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
