PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records pertaining to C.C.No.44 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate/Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram, in Crime No.39/2020 under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2) IPC and r/w. 4 of TNPWH Act dated 23.02.2020 and quash the same as illegal against the petitioners/accused.
