ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to forward the no objection certificate to the Commissioner of Police, Tirunelveli City Police, to install petrol pump at the property situated at Tirunelveli District, Tirunelveli Taluk, Narasinganallur Village, Corporation Range Pettai III, Ward X, T.S.No.941/6 admeasuring 5.26.0 Ares and T.S. No 941/7 admeasuring 6.48.0 Ares, totally 11.74.0 Ares in the light of petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2025 within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is intended to put up petrol pump. He has obtained all the certificates except No Objection Certificate from the respondent. 3.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders on merits in accordance to law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
