PRAYER :- To extend the time to Deposit the remaining amount of Rs.2,00,000/- imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 21691 of 2025 order dated 03.02.2026 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate Nanguneri, Tirunelveli. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time to Deposit the remaining amount of Rs.2,00,000/- imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD).No. 21691 of 2025 order dated 03.02.2026 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate Nanguneri, Tirunelveli.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that due to financial crisis, he could not arrange the amount and comply the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 21691 of 2025 for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
