ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 1086 of 2020, from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent and consequently, to direct the third respondent to investigate the matter and file charge sheet. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that after completing the investigation, the second respondent Police filed charge sheet, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.1544 of 2022 and that therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
