ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti to expedite the trial in CC.No.173 of 2025.

2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondent police on instructions submits that the final report is filed only in the year 2025.

3.Though the petitioner claims that the final report filed in the year 2023, is taken on file only in the year 2025, the Courts are expected to conduct trial only on chronological basis. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. 25.06.2025 DSK To 1.The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti.
