(MD) No.1965 of 2019 dated 07.02.2019 to the petitioner for surrender before the concern court. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.1965 of 2019, dated 07/02/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit since their grand son died on 10.07.2019 they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court.
