ORDER

The petitioner has sought for permission for conducting kabadi competition in the mid night from 20.07.2024 at about 06.00 pm to 21.07.2024 at about 08.00 pm.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that it is very difficult to provide Police protection in the mid night and it would also cause inconvenience to the aged people, children, School going students, heart patients and others. 3.Considering the objection raised by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation by restricting the time limit from 03.00 pm to 10.00 pm and the same shall be considered by the respondents.
