PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur, dated 18.07.2019 in Cr MP No.2761 of 2019 in CR.RP No.53 of 2019 and set aside the same and dismiss the same and 1/4

consequently, direct the concerned Court to conclude the proceedings by impleading the present petitioners as parties in CR RP 53 of 2019 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
