ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent 1 and 3 to provide adequate police protection to the Petitioners for their life and limp and also to continue of their day to day activities in their business forthwith. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Counsel submitted that based upon the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.213 of 2019 and during the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared. So it was noticed that it is a land and tenancy dispute between the parties and dispute arose between them regarding the eviction of the property. The parties also agreed and reached to a compromise. Based upon which it was closed.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11203 of 2019 3.Since the issue has been closed because of the agreement that has been reached between the parties, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4.This criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
