Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. It is seen that the dues of the respondent bank had been cleared. Therefore, there cannot be any impediment for handing over the document in question. If there are some procedural aspects to be taken note of, the respondents will bear the same in mind and hand over the document in question to the writ petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
