Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PITCHAI MUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit granted by this Court with regard to the execution of sureties and payment of Rs. 25,000/- in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5789 of 2020, dated 15.06.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.
Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for depositing the amount and surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two thousand and five hundred only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
