This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to provide alternative place for daily market at Vellaiyan Oorani eastern side instead of Silampani Pillaiyar Kovil Oorani Salai by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2025.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent submits that the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2025 will be considered and disposed of on merits within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
