ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.2,99,303/- towards arrears of family pension payable to the petitioner along with 6% interest.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner was appointed on compassionate ground and he is working as Conductor. There is an arrear of Rs.2,99,303/- towards family pension.

Due to financial difficulty, the respondents are not able to pay the same immediately. Therefore, the amount of arrears of family pension will be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments.

3.Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents, the respondents are directed to pay the admitted amount of Rs.2,99,303/- in twelve equal monthly installments to be paid on or before 10th day of every English Calendar month. The first installment is to be paid on or before 10th day of February, 2020.
