PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to call for the entire records pertaining to the detention order passed by the second respondent in Cr.M.P.No.26/2024 dated 03.09.2024 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce petitioner's son namely Pandi @ Pandeeswaran, Son of Mani, aged about 19 years, who is now confined in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous activities of Bootleggers, Cyber Law offenders, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral traffic offenders, sand offenders, sexual offenders, Slumgrabbers and Vidro pirates act, 1982 before this Court and set him at liberty.
