O R D E R

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.101 of 2018, pending on the file of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 (i) of the Indian Penal Code, on the file of the respondent Police. Since no final report has been filed so far, the present petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that a complaint filed by the petitioner has been enquired into and a negative final report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and referred charge sheet notice has also been served to the petitioner.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the negative final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, no further adjudication is required in this petition.
