The writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2016 and to inform the withdrawal of Lookout Circular issued against them and his family members in Cr.No.15/13 (in C.C.No.517/2014 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai) to Passport and Immigration Authority.

2. Mr.K.P.Krishna Doss, learned Government Advoacate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 03.10.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
