For Respondent : Mrs.M.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To extend the period of time for surrender as well as to comply the condition stipulated in the order passed by this Honorable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5764 of 2019 dated 22.04.2019. ORDER: The Court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.5764 of 2019, dated 22.04.2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 1/3
2. This Court on 26.08.2019 has passed the following order: This Court by the order dated 22.04.2019 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and now this petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.7438 of 2019.
2. After four months the petitioners have filed this petition and it appears that there is an inordinate delay in approaching this Court for seeking extension of time. Hence this Court is of the view that the petitioners shall be directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/-(Rupees One thousand only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund for entertaining this petition .
3. Hence the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund on or before 29.08.2019.
4. Post the case before this Court on 30.08.2019.

As per the order passed by this Court on 26.08.2019, the petitioners have paid a sum of Rs.1000/- to the credit of the the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund on 30.08.2019 and he has also filed a memo to that effect along with the xerox copy of the Challan before this Court, hence this petition is entertained. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5764 of 2019 dated 27.04.2019 for surrendering before the concerned Magistrate and executing bail bond is further extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance. sd/- 30/08/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
