2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the representation of the petitioner though given on 23.06.2023, no action has been taken. Therefore, sought for transfer of investigation.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the other hand submits that the representation of the petitioner was given as C.S.R.No.374 of 2023 and notice were given to both the parties. The petitioner failed to attend the enquiry, however, respondent No.4 has attended and his statement was also recorded.

4. Considering the circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police on 31.07.2023 of this month at 11.00 A.M. and the respondent Police are directed to proceed with the enquiry in respect of the petition and complete the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
