This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the first to fourth respondents, and dispensing with notice on the fifth respondent, who is none other than the elder sister of both the petitioners

2. According to the petitioners, the fifth respondent has usurped the dealership licence by forging documents. Although serious complaints have been made by the petitioners against the fifth respondent, based on which the dealership licence appears to have been transferred in her favour by the official respondents, I am of the view that this Writ Petition Page No. 2 of 5

can be disposed of by directing the second to fourth respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' representation dated 03.02.2025, after issuing due notice to the fifth respondent. This exercise shall be completed by the second to fourth respondents within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
