Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to construct necessary boundary wall for the Panchayat Union Primary School, Anaiyur, Madurai Campus, and to direct the respondents to construct class room and school building in Panchayat Union Primary School, Anaiyur, Madurai and consequently to direct the respondent No.3 to take over the administration of the Panchayat Union School, Anaiyur, within a stipulated time. [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition for the following prayer:
"This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or direction or order in the nature of writ, directing the respondents to construct necessary boundary wall for the Panchayat Union Primary School, Anaiyur, Madurai Campus, and to direct the respondents to construct class room and school building in Panchayat Union Primary School, Anaiyur, Madurai and consequently to direct the respondent No.3 to take over the administration of the Panchayat Union School, Anaiyur, within a stipulated time."
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that the construction of compound wall in the said school has already been commenced by the second respondent and thus, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. The said submission is recorded.
3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
