ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the first respondent Police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, they have conducted preliminary enquiry and thereafter, registered a case as against the petitioner in Cr.No.386 of 2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 296(b), 351(3) BNS. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
