The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent s to grant permission and police protection to conduct Innisai Katcheri to be held on 31.10.2016 at night in connection with temple festival at Arulmigu Sri Vadakkuvaakselliamman Thirukovil at Annamalaipudur Vilage, Melamadaipuram Post, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2016.
