This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal petition dated 22.06.2016 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 3.The case of the petitioner is that she was dismissed from service by the third respondent on 30.11.2015 based on the charge memo dated 10.11.2014. As against the same, she preferred an appeal before the second respondent. As the appeal was not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
disposed of in time, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 20.07.2016. As there is no response, this Writ of Mandamus has been filed.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the dismissal order has given incessant mental agony to the petitioner and therefore, the appeal should be disposed of at the earliest point of time.
5.Considering the request made, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
