O R D E R

The order impugned in the writ petition is the rejection of the application filed by the petitioner for transfer of patta.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent Commissioner, Aranthangi Municipality has no jurisdiction to grant patta in favour of the petitioner and the petitioner has to approach the concerned Revenue Authorities for transfer of patta.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has not seriously disputed the submission made by the learned Counsel for the respondent.

4. Considering the above fact, this Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
