This petition has been filed seeking quashment of Crime No.136 of 2020 on the file of Inspector of Police, Karur Town Police Station, Karur,.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the complainant, investigation was conducted. After completion of investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur, and the same was not taken on file. Further, the petitioner already filed quash petition before this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.6164 of 2020 to quash the above said Crime No.136 of 2020. Suppressing the same, present petition has been filed to seek the same relief.
