alternate site by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2025 within the period stipulated by this court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to stop the proposed construction of superstructure in front of the petitioner property at S.No.25/5, Adukkam Village, Perumal Malai, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District and consequently direct them to construct the same in the alternate site by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2025

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and Government Advocate for the respondents 2 and 3 submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.06.2025, raising objections to the construction of a public toilet on the pathway, will be considered and disposed of by the second respondent within a period of two weeks.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.06.2025 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
