This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 27.09.2016 and 06.10.2016, which are pending before the first respondent.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

3.The petitioner was posted as Village Administrative Officer on 19.01.2013, Injikollai Village, Kumbakonam Taluk. He came to be arrested in connection with a case in Crime No.1 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 7, 13(2) r/w 13(i) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. Thereafter he was released on bail and he suffered deemed suspension. 4.The petitioner has given a representation, requesting the first respondent to reinstate him in service based on the decision reported in 2015 (3) CTC 119 (Ajay Kumar Choudhary Vs.Union of India (UOI) and Ors.). As the representation is not considered, this Writ Petition has been filed.
5.It is agreeable for the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass orders within the time frame to be fixed be this Court.
6.Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2016 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
