Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to provide review benefits and annual increment for 8 years payable to the petitioner in retrospective effect as per the Judgment delivered by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam in C.C.No.815 of 2016, dated 07.01.2019 and settlement U/s. 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act 1947.

Mr.K.Sathiyasingh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.Though this Writ Petition is filed for a larger relief, seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to provide review benefits and annual increment for 8 years payable to the petitioner in retrospective effect as per the Judgment delivered by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam in C.C.No.815 of 2016, dated 07.01.2019 and settlement under Section 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act 1947, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the course of his argument, restricted the relief for issuing a direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.03.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.17334 of 2019 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent would consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2019, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2019, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
