ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

2.The revision petitioners are defendants in O.S.No.1127 of 2014 on the file of the I Additional Sub Court (Camp), Melur. It is a partition suit. The grievance of the revision petitioners is that for more than seven years, the suit is pending. The learned counsel for the revision petitioners stated that evidence has been fully taken and that the case is posted for arguments. 3.Taking note of the said submission, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the suit on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The civil revision petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
