ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's properties situate in S.No.51/1O, 52/1P, 52/1Q, 52/3A, 52/3C situated at Balarajapuram village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 07/03/2019. 2.Heard Mr.S.Mahendrapathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
4.The petitioner, in order to survey and identify the boundaries of the land in S.Nos.51/1O, 52/1P, 52/1Q, 52/3A, 52/3C situated at Balarajapuram village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District, has made an application dated 07.03.2019 to the 1st respondent. W.P.(MD) 17222/2019 respondent, on merits and final order is passed within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied. 5.I have heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that, the said application of the petitioner dated 07.03.2019 would be decided by the 1st respondent on merits, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 6.Having regard to the said submissions made by both sides and considering the innocuous prayer sought for herein, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following direction:
"The respondents, especially, the 1st respondent is hereby directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 07.03.2019 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 7.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
