ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD )No. 22111 of 2025 dated 29.04.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, the fact that the investigation is pending, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional District Judge, Principal Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, on every alternative Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
