This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP(MD) No.6034 of 2026 by order dated 20.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No. 6034 of 2026 on 20.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a month ie., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
