O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to permit the petitioner's mini bus bearing Registration TCW No.2266 to enter into the bus stand in the route of Manaparai Periyar statute to Veerakoilpatti, by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 15.12.2015 and 13.10.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

3.The petitioner is plying the mini bus bearing Registration TCW No.2266. The licence was originally in the name of K.M.Chinniah and the same was subsequently transferred in the name of the petitioner by the proceedings dated 28.09.2015. 4.The starting point of the petitioner's vehicle viz., Manaparai Periyar Statute is just 0.04 km (40) meters away from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Manaparai bus stand. The said Periyar statute has now become a congested place to park the vehicles at one corner and it causes heavy increase in traffic on every day. Therefore, the petitioner is not able to operate the bus from Periyar statute. Therefore, he wanted permission to operate the trip from Manaparai bus stand, which is situated 40 meters away from the Periyar statute. Seeking such relief, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 15.12.2015 and later by a reminder dated 13.10.2016. As those representations are not considered, this Writ Petition has been filed.

5.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent would submit that the respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders within the time frame to be fixed be this Court.

6.Accordingly, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2016 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
